Childh TEACEIERS, parents and professionals who work with young chil- dren will be gathering in North Vancouver this weekend to discuss childhood concerns. From carly morning to late afternoon, the Vancouver Waldorf School, on St. Christopher’s Road in Lynn Valley, will provide a forum for discussions about sleeping and cating disorders, bonding, trust, fear, healthy movement, sense impressions and disci- pline. The conference will include presentations, workshops and discussions with a variety of presenters. The speakers have worked with the Waldorf Early Childhood Association and in the study of Anthroposophy —a spiritual movement based on the work of Rudolf Steiner, an Austrian philosopher, scien. tist, artist, educator who lived from 1861 to 1925.
