macists showed.

The survey, released
recently, showed up to 80
per cent of the nation's
pharmacists refused to stock
the contraceptives

The family planning act,

offense. The Supreme Coun
ruled in 1973 that con-

ported, but did not rule on
their sale, which left thal a
