Ujjal Dosanjh won the
NDP leadership with a gentle-
manly performance for the
convention delegates. To con-
solidate that necessary image
for the rest of us, he should
call an election now and
become the respected leader
of the Opposition, Any more
delays and he will go down in
flames with the rest of them.

Re: David Brierley’s vitae
peration tewards ome in
Friday’s North Shore News
(Feb. 25).

First 1 would like to inform
Mr. Brierley that | have had
other concerns published
regarding my regards to tran-
sit mismanagement.

The first was regarding the
Flyer buses wort: $220,000
that did not work in the snow,

The second was regarding
the dismal lack of service in
the Blueridge area (especially
at night), and the third was
concern over the fact that the
first. priority when ‘TransLink
was formed was to spend
$150,000 on a logo and
$250,000 on a new bus
design, instead of focusing on
better service.
