INVESTIGATORS at
the Transportation
Safety Board (TSB) are
planning to go to
Washington state this
week to interview the
captain of an ill-fated
power boat.

Hi Jun Song, of Bellevue,
Washington, was piloting his
13-metr ‘ Suntory,

heading to English Bay and the
Symphony of Fire fireworks on
Aug. 7.
