And an L- shaped entranceway has cut the dining room draft ushered in through the front door during less balmy weather. The restaurant's 30-seat enclosed sun reom is soon to he joined by an open air six- table veranda. Especially when the ovsters are served aboard a plate that includes delicate phyllo pastry in the shape of a tlower, mixed green salad, endive, radicchio, fruit salsa and creamy cilantro mayonnaise. Thailand prawns were chosen as the inain entice option. Nessert decor was especial- ly inventive. A sampled chocolate mousse was decorated with coiled springs of caramelized sugar and the creme brulee came with fresh strawberry and kiwi fruit topped with a caramelized sugar tara.
