Call it what you will but the new Corsi
Trattoria is a distant cousin of its predecessor.

It’s light, it's fast, it’s informal.

And it's also easy on the wallet.

Where once patrolled waiters in black and
white formal attire now stroll a brace of servers
in bistro aprons.

Where once reigned a menu of complex Italian
entrees priced in the upper teens and carly 20s is
now a selection of hot and cold: Iralian-
Mediterranean tapas ($4 to $7.50) augmented
by a sheet of pastas (around $10) and simple
Italian chop house entrees (S11 to $13).
