This serves 8 and is just the
thing to toss together when you're
barbecuing meats like chicken legs
or pork chops.
2 cups fresh trimmed broccoli
1 tablespoon butter
1 medium onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, mashed
1 tin cream soup — mushroom,
celery, chicken
