Transit and one of its drivers for what he claims is a reputation damaged by accusations that he shortchanged the bus company by 36 cents. Eugene Mensch filed documents in B.C. Supreme Court Wednes- day. The North Vancouver man maintains that he put $1.55 into a North Vancouver bus fare box but was later accused by the driver of paying only $1.19. In the court documents, Mensch says the driver subsequently shouted that the conversation had been recorded and, in front of other passengers, accused Mensch of cheating B.C.
