Commencing November 6, 1989 and continuing
to approximately December 10, 1989, Columbia
Bitulithic Ltd. will be undertaking blasting adja-
cent to Highway #99 on the B.C. Rail right-of-way,
24.7 km north of Horseshoe Bay.

This work will necessitate short highway closures
between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
