Oldtimers
set to
swing

THE FIRST annual oldtimers
baseball game is scheduled to take
place Saturday (Aug. 22) at West
Vancouver's Ambleside Park from
I p.m. to 4 p.m.

The competition will be for
players 45 years old and beyond.
Sign-up will begin at noon.

A $2 registration fee will be
charged to help cover the cost of
bats, balls and prizes, which will
be awarded for the best and oldest
uniforms and equipment.

Players’ families are invited to
participate.
