HONORED for his award-winning poster of the B.C.
waterfront is Kelly Dunstan, centre, who won two tickets
on the Royal Hudson and $50 from the federal gov-
ernment. The grade three student from Plymouth
Elementary School won the award from over 400 entries.
Kelly sits with his teacher Jackie Neufeld and the regional
chairman of National Transportation Week, which will be
May 24 to June 1.
