COURT OF REVISION

‘TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council of The
Corporation of the City of North Vancouver ° has
constructed the following works as local improvements
under Part XVI of the “Municipal Act”:

(1) The machine paving and curbing of Tempe
‘Steet. from Twenty-ninth Street to Twenty-ninth
treet.

(2) A concrete sidewalk on the east and west sides of
St. Andrews Avenue, and the machine paving of St.
Andrews Avenue from Esplanade to Third Street.

(3) A paved! lane north of Sixth Street from St. Georges
Avenue to +520 feet cast, including the paving 6f
existing driveways to a maximum of four feet inside

the property line . «

(4) A concrete sidewalk on the east side of Jones
Avenue, from Sixth Street to Keith Road.

- (5) A concrete-sidewalk on the north and south sides of
First Street, and the machine paving and curbing of
First Street from Forbes Avenue to Chesterfield
Avenue. °

(6)The machine paving and curbing of St. Georges
Avenue from Twenty-seventh Street to Twenty-
ninth Street.

(7) A concrete sidewalk on the east side of Chesterfield
Avenue from Sixteenth Street to Seventeenth
Street.

A Court of Revision will be held on Tuesday,
May Ist, 1979, at 4:00 p.m., in the Council
Chamber, City Hall, 141 West 14th Street, in the
City of North Vancouver, to consider frontage tax
assessment rolls with respect to the said works. The
said Court of Revision shall hear complaints and
may review and correct the frontage tax assessment
rolls as to:

the owners of the

(a) the names of

parcels of land;
(b) the actual foot-frontage of the parcels:
(c) the taxable foot-frontage of the
parcels.

The frontage tax assessment rolls or the
frontage tax assessment rolls as revised shall be kept
open for inspection at the office of the Land
Agent/Assessor for at least ten days immediately

“pre receding the day appointed for the first sitting of the
ourt of Revision.

A complaint shall not be heard by the Court of
Revision unless notice of the complaint has been made
to the office of the Land Agent/Assessor, 141 West
14th Street, North Vancouver, B.C., at least forty-
cight hours prior to the time appointed for the first
sitting of the Court of Revision.
