Behrouz Assadi and Victoria Kizin of Shears Hair Salon are always on the cutting edge when it comes to

Victoria was an aestheticlan overseas and now is lending her European

touch to the North Shore, offering manicutes, pedicures and relaxing full

body massages from her own private room, complete with scented

candles and music, in Shears. Victoria offers a free consultation

service to all her visitors and is an expert on how to teat

problem skin conditions such as scne. She stresses that

each client is different and requires a different

treatment and will work together to determine what is

best for them.”
