AS SURE as outdoor adventurers will find themselves in
need of a costly rescue on one of the North Shore
mountains this winter, the question of who will pay has
once again resurfaced. With (wo recent rescues on the

North Shore dominating the local news, rumblings of.,

having the rescued foot the bill. — with heiicopter costs
