recently to face various charges
laid against them,

Before Judge J.D. Layton in
North Vancouver provincial court
Feb, 22:

Troy Donald Andrews was fined
$100 after the 23-year-old Fort St.
John man pleaded guilty to theft
under $1,000 in connection with
merchandise stolen from Canada
Safeway Ltd.

Before Judge J.B. Paradis in
North Vancouver provincial court
Feb, 19:

Donald Edward Bowen received
a conditional discharge and was
placed on probation for three
months after the 28-year-old Van-
couver man was found guilty of
possession of cannabis resin.

Gary Hockey was fined $25 after
the North Vancouver man pleaded
guilty to failing to appear for a
court date scheduled for him to
dispute a traffic ticket.

Michacl David Steinbach was
fined $35 after he breached a term
of his probation by failing to make
required restitution.

North Vancouver provincial court
Feb, 19:

Dennis Arthur Lee was fined
$400 after the 38-year-old North
Vancouver man pleaded guilty to
possessing a stolen licence plate.
Before Judge J.K. Shaw in North
Vancouver provincial court Feb,
17:

Morris Van Baker received a
suspended sentence and was placed
on probation for six months after
the 26-year-old West Vancouver
man pleaded guilty to stealing a
pair of sunglasses from Shoppers
Drug mart, He was also ordered to
perform 35 hours of community
work service.

Chung Ho Kang was fined $25
after the 33-year-old Vancouver
man pleaded guilty to operating a
vehicle on B.C. Rail property.

Thomas Andrew Royle received
a suspended sentence and was
placed on probation for 18 months
after the 34-year-old man of no
fixed address pleaded guilty to
mischief in connection with an in-
cident in which living room and
kitchen windows of a North Van-
couver home were broken. ,

James Michael Beaulieu received
a-suspended sentence and was
placed on probation for two years
after the 25-year-old North Van-
couver man pleaded guilty to
mischief in connection with dam-
age done to furniture and fixtures
in a Lower Lonsdale residence. .

Michael Paul Kofol received a
conditional discharge and was
