The Anna Wyman Adult Dance Program runs July 6 to August 14, and the two-month program offers classes from ballet to jazz to con- temporary dance. The Anna Wyman Summer School of Dance Arts runs from August 10 to 28 with the award- winning choreographer offering ‘improvisation and composition classes. The school’s resident instructors will be offering the intensive three-week program featuring ballet, contemporary and jazz dancing at various levels. For more information on these summer programs, call the school at 926-6535. Learn Tai Chi TAL CHI classes for adults and seniors are being offered this summer at North Shore Neigh- bourhood House. . This gentle Chinese art em- phasizes relaxation, stretching, balancing and centring, and assists participants in developing a sense of physical and mental well-being. The course is taught by Lynne Cove. Classes will be held on Mondays and Fridays from 11 a.m. to noon. The fee is $12 for the eight-week program, which begins July 6.
