Games start April 29 and 30 and are played in communities throughout the North Shore. T-ball is for five and six year olds (kindergarten and Grade 1). The game, which uses a ball that is hit off a stationary tee, em- phasizes fair team play and basic softball skills. Two-pitch is for seven and eight year olds (Grades 2 and 3) with the ball pitched by team coaches, em- phasis is un~ throwing, catching, hitting and: running. .
