English Language course for
visitors or newtomers to
Vancouver.

‘‘Getting to Know Van-
couver’’ is designed to help
people who have difficulty
communicating in English to
get around the city and enjoy
their stay here.

The course provides con-
versation practice to help,
Participants meet people, ask
for information, follow
directions, ask questions and
describe what they have seen. -

provides conversation tech-
niques for shopping, bank-

and ethnic menus.
