- Proposed Amendment to Shops Closing
Bylaw 2389

Retail businesses in the District of North Vancouver
should note that on October 14th the Council will be
- considering an amendment to the Shops Closing Bylaw
to permit a closing hour of 9 p.m. on the 15 Dusiness
days immediately preceding CHRISTMAS DAY except.
for Saturdays when the closing hour shali be 6 p.m.
The Bylaw currently allows a 9 p.m. closing hour on the
7 business days prior to Christmas.

Proprietors of shops wishing to comment on this pro-
posed bylaw should make their submissions to the
undersigned by not later than October Sth, 1980.
