NOTICE is hereby given by the City of North Vancouver, pursuant to
Section 892 of the Municipal Act of British Columbia, that a Public Hearing -
will be held on MONDAY, MARCH 9,1998 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council
Chamber, City Hall, 141 West 14th Street, North Vancouver, B.C., to.
receive representations in connection with the following proposed:amendment.

reasonable opportunity to be heard in person, by attorney or by petition.
The proposed bylaws may be inspected at the office of the City Clerk
between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, except Statutory
Holidays, from February 23 - March 9, 1998. Written submissions will be
accepted up to and including March 9, 1998 but submissions will NOT be
accepted after the conclusion of the Public [ fearing. , :
