ALL SIDES in the debate over a
controversial seniors’ care facil-
ity proposed for 419 Keith Road
in West Vancouver are growing
increasingly frustrated with the
apparent lack of progress in a
public hearing into the matter.

‘seen several delays since it opened in
November, adjourned. once again
Tuesday night without hearing any
submissions from the public.
