TODAY IS Remembrance Day. On Nov. 11, 1918, at 11
a.m., the First World War came to an end with an ar-
mistice. Now, years later, this day is set aside so we may
remember the thousands of Canadians who died in wars.

was sentenced last week in Van-
couver court to three years in jail
after he pleaded guilty to. 12
charges of credit-card theft and
related offences.
