A SECOND degree murder charge has been laid against a 23-year-old North Vancouver man in the stabbing death of Donald Richard Duplissie. The body of the 24 year old, whose throat was slashed, was discovered at a local high school parking lot Saturday. North Vancouver RCMP = ar- rested Edward Douglas Lakes Monday evening in connection with the slaying. The charge was laid by a Justice of the Peace Tuesday at 9 p.m, Police did not release a motive for the murder. This is the third tragedy to strike the Duplissie family within 10 months.
