SNOW FLURRIES recently caught the Lower Mainland
by surprise. In some areas, unexpected motorists were

greeted with a thin layer of snow on their cars. On the
roads, the new snow caused problems for the many peo-
ple without proper snow tires. Children doubtless were
delighted at the prospect of some early snow to liven their
days.
