While he didn't see the in- cident, his’ friend did and identified the assailant as a bull dog through use of a dog book. Robert’s mother Sandra Sinclair is concerned the dog may have been a Pit Bull Terrier which is bred for its fighting abilities and have been involved in a number of recent dog attacks. She worries that if these dogs can kill a small dog like Jabbin, then they might in- jure a child. She contacted the SPCA : Warranty. but they told her they only patrol during the day.
