issue.

The B.C. industry obvi-
ously wants the “do-it-your-
self-partly” wine shops to
pay the high taxes und LCB
markups that make B.C
wine as expensive as import
ed wities,

That means that the

Instead of this negativ
approach, and smelly busi-
ness of hiring private inve
ligators to try and stamp out
the competition, why does
