CRISPY TOFU FINGERS

Makes three servings.

1 tsp, vegetable oil

350 2 extra firm tofu

Kc. thick sauce (vegetarian oys-
ter-style sauce, sweet and sour
sauce, barbecue sauce or other
favorite thick sauces)

Salt, garlic powder or other sea-
sonings as desired

Coat cookie sheet with oil, Slice
tofu lengthwise, about “inch thick,
and pat dry.

Put sauce in dish, dip each piece
of tofu into sauce, coating it well.

Place tofu on cookie sheet in sin-
gle Jayer. Sprinkle with seasoning.
Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes,
