WV library opening delayed PATRONS OF the West Vancouver Memorial Library will have to wait a little longer than expected to check books out of the newly renovated facility. Head librarian Jack Mounce said this week that the expanded library is expected to open in April of next year, two months later than the original , Opening date. Mounce blamed construction of an access road over a creek and other unexpected site preparation complications for the delay.
