Delaney found that he could

material. To carve it out, he came
up with a wire cutting table and a
hot wire device.

Said McGrath: “I. found out
about the system from my brother
in Nova Scotia. We thought it was
a great idea. The potential is

limitless.”

The company has the rights to
replicate Mickey Mouse, Goofy,
Donald Duck and three Garfield
poses. Her company recently put
together seven-foot high letters for
Hyundai, The car company
ordered them for its Richmond
base.

responsible for personnel in com-
panies located in Toronto, Mon-
treal, Vancouver, Edmonton,
Calgary and Ottawa.

Out of a choice of eight com-
mon reasons, the top three chosen
as being most responsible for the
revolving-door syndrome are: poo.
advancement opportunities, 28 per
cent; dissatisfaction with compen-
sation, 18 per cent; wrong fit of
the person to the job, 16 per cent.
