Rodney Stephen Cooke, 29, of Coquitlam,
received six months’ probation after he was
found guilty of possessing stolen licence plates
on April 30, 1996, in West Vancouver.

Before Judge Doug Moss in West
Vancouver provincial court on Nov. 14,
1996:

Jurgen Otto Palenschus, 51, of North
Vancouver, received three years’ probation
after he was found guilty of breaching a recog-
nizance on July u, 1996, by contacting a
woman in West Vancouver. The judge ordered
$250 of bail money be forfeited.

Ross Thomas Hurford. 33, of Port
Coquitlam, was fined $100 after he was found
guilty of retaining undersized chinook salmon
on June 1, 1996, near West Vancouver.

12, 1996: ;

David Anthony Tweet, 26, of Vancouver,
was fined $250 after he pleaded guilty to dri--
ving without a licence and speeding on Dec.
21, 1995, in West Vancouver. nh

Shivinder Bains, 22, cf Squamish, received
12 months’ probation after he pleaded guilty
to possessing marijuana on Sept. 17, 1996, in
West Vancouver.

Bains was required to perform 50 hours of
community work service.

Before Judge Reginald Grandison in
‘West Vancouver provincial court on Nov. 5,
1996:

James Anthony Sinclair, 32, of Surrey, was
jailed 60 days after he pleaded guilty to stealing
merchandise belonging to London Drugs on
Nov. 4, 1996, in West Vancouver.
