With the closing of the
Westwood Race Track in
1990, local track workers had
to travel to Seattle and
Portland to satiate their
appetite for speed.

However, with the open-
ing of the road course at
Mission Raceway Park in
1994, local track workers were
given the opportunity to prac-
tice their skills closer to home.

“We are always looking for
new people and the facility ar
Mission makes it much easier
for new members to get
involved and get the training
they require.” Peters adds.
