fuiure for affordable hous-

“There are good and great
success stories out there, a
lot of the projects that have
had great difficulty were not
well thought out tc begin
with. This whole thing is
about creating a new way of
thinking about seniors and
creating building types to
suit their needs.”’

ners, developers, designers,
health care professionals,
those approaching _ retire-
ment and senior:
