On Saturday, Oct. 28, occupa- tional therapists will have a display set up at Park Royal South mall 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. The informa- tion booth and slide presentation will provide an opportunity for shoppers to find out how to access the services of occupational thera- pists on the North Shore. Occupational therapy analyzes difficulties people may have in coping with everyday living due to mental or physical problems. Oc- cupationai therapists treat condi- tions caused by strokes, arthritis, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, psychiatric disorders, burns, am- putations and more. Bosom Buddies meeting heid RELAXING THROUGH massage therapy will be the focus at the next Bosom Buddies meeting. Bosom Buddies is 2 self-help support group for women who bave had breast cancer. At the meeting being held on Tuesday, Oct. 24 at 7:45 p.m. at Lions Gate Hospital auditorium, guest Linda Ann McDermot will conduct 2 guided demonstration of massage therapy with group par- ticipation.
