IN 1975 Diana Becker met and formed a partnership with chef Pierre Dubrulle and opened her first restaurant, Le Cous Cous. The duo
began making plans to open a cooking school, and Becker spent the next few years preparing for the opening of the Dubrulle French
Culinary School, which she co-founded with Dubrutle in 1982.
