on North Vancouver; West
Vancouver will be featured in
the Nov. 22 Yarn.

To the races, we go.

North Vancouver has been
in right-of-centre hands for
the past two decades -—— most
recently those of the
Canadian Ailiance.

You have te go back to
the 1970s to find the Last
Liberal MP in these parts.

The frontrunners in this
race remain in those two
camps. But, as they say in the
lottery business, you never
know.

end of Glen Clark reign of
error. Jumped aboard the
federal Liberal ship; 46-vear-
old runs a consultancy firm
that, among other things,
advises business on how best
to lobby government.

Campaign strategy thus
far: both barrels trained on
incumbent's voting record,
which reveals, says Bell, that
White's been in the House
for only 15% of last session's
votes; artillery also aimed at
incumbent's failure to sup-
port federal grant applications
in the riding.
