WHY not reel your dad

in for Father’s Day?
Here's a fun craft: project

io give to Dad on his big day.

Supplies:

one paper mache frame
Many metres of fishing line
old lures — ask a grown-up
to take the hook off

tacky glue

photo

paint brush and paint

Make sure your working
area is covered up with old
newspapers so if you make a
mess it'll be casier to clean up.

The first step is to paint the
frame a bright color, although
it Ie fine unpainted, too.

the fishing line and wrap it
around two of your fingers,
then squeeze it inte a “nest”
shape. Decide where you want
to put the nest on the frame
and put some glue on the
spot. Carefully press: the nest
into place. It looks extra neat

2 bit of the nest hangs over
the edge of the frame. Make
one or more nests and gluc
them in place.

Pick some specid spots on
the frame and glue the lures
into place. The effeer is very
cool!

Insert a photo of yourself
or a favorite pet into the
frame. If you don't have a
phoro, draw a picture of a
fancy or wacky fish. Make sure
you sign your name

It will be a special keepsake for
your dad, and he’s sure to be
impressed with your artistic
ability.
