ARCHITECT JOHN Kay lives in Surrey and specializes in designing houses. But it would take a drive through the hills of West Van- couver to view most of Kay's cre- ations. By Surj Rattan News Reporter He has built 27 houses in West Vancouver and says he enjoys the challenge of designing houses along the cliffs and rugged terrain of West Vancouver. **That’s where most of my clients are.
