TRADITIONAL SHORTBREAD

1/2 cup Canada Corn Starch Sift together corm starch, icing sugar and flour.

V2 cup Icing Sugar
1 cup All-purpose ficur

3/4 cup Butter, softened

With wooden spoon, blend natil soft, smooth
dough forms. Shape into 1 inch balls. If dough is
too soft to handle, cover’ and chill 1 hour. Place 1
Vo" apart on ungreased cookie sheet; flatten with
lightly floured fork. Alternatively, roll dough in V4
inch; cut inte shapes with cookie cutters. Bakein

300 F oven 15-20 sninutes or until edges are
lightly browned. Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
