[5 public hearing on future subdivisions between 3348 and 3440 Mahon Avenue that residents who signed a petition in favor of the plan did not know it involved the rezoning of two blocks. Future subdivisions would allow them to split their properties into 33 foot lots, which Collyer says will destroy the character of the neighborhood.
