stores April 30, Police have received complaints of
customers who have paid for but not received mer-
chandise and suppliers who had provided furniture to

Allied Furniture also operated a store in) Van-
couver at 1431 West Broadway. The North Vincouver

store was located at 820 West 15th Street.
A police spokesman said they are trying to. in-

che store but had not been paid.
Police said the debts could be as high as $500,000.
