{ write with regard to the
filth, in the form of feces
from prowling dogs, which
has collected on the lanes and
boulevards in this area. Sure-
ly this constitutes a health
hazard.

In all my sixty odd years on
the North Shore J have never
seen such filthy conditions.
When are we going to put our
foot down (if we can find a
clean place to do so) and let

the owners of these animals
know others have rights too?

We have a sewage system
in the city now, The parks
and boulevards were not in-
tended to be evaporation
areas for raw sewage, even
before the sewage system was
in place. Why are we using
them for that purpose now?’

Instead of sensr‘ess rebut-
tle to this letter or organizing
to get even, the dog owners
could better use the time

organizing clean up parties to
clean the bonlevards and
lanes. In their individual
blocks at least once a week. I
am sure we would all think
better of them.

Until the authorities and or
dog owners climinate this
filth, | will no longer main-
tain city property adjacent to
mine and urge others to do
the same.
