Top computer course KNOWLEDGE NETWORK will present the highly ac- claimed Canadian Telecourse “Bits & Bytes’’ to teach viewers the basics of personal computing at home. The new = series begins January 19, with = student registrations and _ learning materials offered by all com- munity colleges in B.C. plus selected institutes and school districts. The twelve part series uses sequences, on-location field trips and a= selection of popular microcomputers in the studio to explore the Practice and theory of operating personal com- puters. In each lesson the viewer sees a *‘computer in- nocent’’ student guided through new material by an informative tutor.
