face various Charges laid against
them.

Before Judge R.D. Grandison in
North Vancouver provincial court
on Feb. 14:

Nicholas Gordon) Honeyman
was fined $100 after the 27-veur-
old North Vancouver man pleaded
guilty to an Oct. 8. 1989 hit and
run in the 4300-block of Syeamore
Road.

Jarmila Horak was fined $178
after the 43-year-old North Van-
couver woman pleaded guilty to
theft under $1,000 in connection
with a Dec. 8, 1989 incident at
Shoppers Drug Mart.

Dana Carl Gilbertson was fined
$250 and put on probation for six
months after the 22-year-old Van- |)
couver man was found guilty of
Possession of cannabis in connec-
tion with a July 8, 1989 drug
seizure.

North Vancouver provincial court
on Feb. 12:

Stacey George McDavid received
a suspended sentence and was put
on probation for one year after the
19-year-old Ontario man pleaded
guilty to theft under $1,000 in
connection with a Feb. 11 incident
at Canada Safeway.

Before Judge J.L. McCarthy in
North Vancouver provincial court
on Feb. 12:

Scott Andrew Stephenson was
fined $400 and put on probation
for one year after the 19-year-old
West Vancouver man pleaded guil-
ty to breaching his probation in
connection with an Aug. 22, 1989
incident.

Before Judge J.D. Layton” in
North Vancouver provincial court
on Feb. 12:

Lance Wraye Standberg was
fined $1,000 after the 24-year-old
Vancouver man pleaded guilty to
possession of a prohibited weapon
in connection with a Sept. 11, 1989
incident.

suspended sentence and was put on
probation for one year after the
29-vear-old North Vancouver man
pleaded guilty to assault of a man
in connection with a Sept. 21, 1989

incident.
