Nejeh left a downtown nightclub. Police allege that Vaziri Nejeh
denied that he crashed his car. Instead, the police constable
claimed that the night before the crash he was assaulted in
Vancouver and robbed of his wallet. He claimed his car was stolen.

North Vancouver RCMP Const. Tom Seaman said that Vaziri
Nejeh is also the subject of an ongoing private police internal
investigation. Vaziri Nejeh has been suspended with pay since
February. Seaman said that the North Vancouver Mounties han-
dled the “lengthy” criminal investigation although the crimes
were alleged to have also occurred in West Vancouver and
Vancouver. Const.Vaziri Nejeh has been a Mountic for approxi-
mately two years with the North Vancouver RCMP.
