| The Court of Revision shall hear complaints and may review and correct the parcel tax ;

facilities made available by the Corporation to properties which nave been subdivided or

consolidated since the subdivision or consolidation of those properties included in the

parcel tax assessment roll certified by the Court of Revision held on April 24, 1995 and up f
