Black Hawks unbeaten SIGHT AND Sound Black Hawks remain in first place in the North Shore Industrial Hockey League, by the slim- mest of margins. Black Hawks skated to a 1-1 draw with Westlynn Super Valu last week to stay one point over N.S. Japan Camera, who dropped N.S. Hobby Brewins 7-2 to stay within reaching distance. The other game saw Wrigleys Canadians shatter the N.S. News 12-3 to move witin one point of the paper boys. Randy Telford scored an unassisted goal midway through the second period to pull Sight & Sound even after Tom Thorpe had given Super Valu an early first period lead. Goaltenders Glen Chaimers in the Sight & Sound net, and Brian Zaste for Super Valu, held the fort for the duration in a rough penalty-filled game. Neither team could afford to lose a full two points with the stan- dings being so close and only four points separating the top five teams. Elsewhere, Ron Twaites had a strong game for N.S. Japan Camera, as he led his team with a hat trick against the Brewins. Eric Vandereerden notched a pair for the winners, with singles coming from Scott Nobel and Jeff Lang. N.S. Japan Camera held period leads of 4-1 and 5-1, pushing their record to four wins against a loss and a tie. Wrigleys Canadians came out with their skates sharp as ghey, mesmerized the News with 12 goals to move within one point of fourth place in the standings. Eight different players were able to up their scoring Stats with Rob Gilfoil, Steve Jolley, Brad Taylor, and Laurie MacDonald each tallying twice. Singles went to James Orr, Bill McDonald, Mark Harrison and Daryl Johnston. For the N.S.
