In a notice of motion
presented to the GVRD
board at its recent meeting
Humphreys pointed out that
the proposed multi-purpose
stadium and attendant
facilities on the PNE grounds
“would greatly increase all
aspects of transportation
needs” in and towards the
PNE area.
