Representatives of Abacus Cities Ltd., the would-be developers of the 71 acre site in North Vancouver, told Nori Van District counci! Monday night they doubt the plans for the large residential **Parkway Village’’ would be feasible if they are forced to wait for many more years. According to spokesmen for the developers, the land ‘owners and their consult- ants, District council passed a resolution in May of 1975 supporting the plans for the development.
