The. annual affair, which last year drew upwards of 10,000 visitors, will be open from 12 noon to 10 p.m. daily. A fullscale volunteer effort undertaken by Vancouver’s 20,000-strong Greek Com- munity. Elaborate prepara- tions began in February with women volunteers skilled in the fine art of Greek cuisine which has found such favor in North America over recent years. The entire food preparation takes place in the Community centre’s kitchen.
