How is it possible that such a
hage body of dissent has
grown up so quickly against a
government policy that so
many people think makes
good sense and is long over-
due? I have the feeling that
such wide-spread opposition

reasoning behind it. But can't
labor see that now is no time
to almost go to war in order
to get more money? Why do
so many people band
together at this critical time
in opposing a policy that they
must think makes a lot of
